The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.05.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 126(2), 351(3), 103(1) of BNS, in Crime No.216 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. Today, 26.09.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has already been released on bail on 08.09.2025. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
