This petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No. 15913 of 2025, dated 21.09.2025.

2.Heard both sides.

3.On perusal of records, it reveals that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 15913 of 2025, dated 21.09.2025. Now, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking to modify the condition by order dated 21.09.2025. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non compliance of the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15913 of 2025, dated 21.09.2025.
