ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.4(c) of the order dated 21.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 14693 of 2025.

2. Earlier this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A5 in Crl.O.P.No. 14693 of 2025, dated 21.08.2025 with certain conditions. Now, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking to modify the condition imposed in Para No.4(c) of the order dated 21.08.2025, which reads as follows:- "4(c). the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

3.After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court modifies the condition imposed against the petitioner/A5 in Para No.4(c) of the order dated 21.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 14693 of 2025 which reads as follows:- "4(c) that the petitioner/A5 shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 24-10-2025 MSM To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mannargudi.
