This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3946 of 2025 dated 16.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week ie., on every Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
