O R D E R

The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for their disobedience and non-compliance of the orders of this Court made in WP No.12554 of 2019 dated 28.11.2022.

2. Since the Review Application Nos.123 to 126 of 2024 were

dismissed and four weeks time has been granted to the Management to grant one increment to the workmen on completion of one year of service, the present Contempt Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
