This petition has been filed to accept the cause title, by arraying P.Santhi and Matheswaran alone as respondents 1 and 2 in the civil revision petition, because, M.Perumayeeammall, (first respondent in REP No.150/2019) is died.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
