ORDER

The petitioners, who are arrayed as A.2 and A.3 have filed this petition seeking to quash the final report filed under Sections 120(b), 468, 471, 420 r/w 109 of IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the documents placed on record.

3.The crux of the allegation is that the petitioners along with A.1 received huge amount under the pretext of securing job and they posed themselves as if they are working in Secretariat and they were able to get the job in other departments and received a sum of Rs.73,00,000/- and further a sum Rs.35,00,000/-.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that trial has already been commenced and seven witnesses have been examined before the trial court and substantial evidence is already on record.

In such view of the matter, this Court cannot act as an appellate court and cannot conduct mini trial and it is for the trial court to appreciate the evidence and decide the case on its own merits. Accordingly, the present Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
