ORDER
The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order in DIN:ITBA/AST/S/147/2023-24/1062057748(1) dated 05.03.2024.
2. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they may be granted liberty to file an appeal.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents does not have any serious objections to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view thereof, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such appeal is filed within the stipulated period, the same shall be entertained by the appellate authority without reference to limitation subject to the petitioner complying with all other conditions
including pre-deposit.
