C.M.P.No.3283 of 2024 in A.S.No.1054 of 2012 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN. J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 as the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent/ Sivarudhiran and by ranking them as respondents Nos.5 to 7 in the above Appeal Suit.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and upon hearing the learned counsel on both sides, the petition is ordered as prayed for.
