Till date, vehicle has not been re-possessed. The Advocate Commissioner, appointed by this Court in this application, is also appearing through Video Conferencing. The initial remuneration directed to be paid to the Advocate Commissioner has not been paid.

2.Since the vehicle is not traceable, no useful purpose will be served if this application is allowed to be kept pending. Accordingly, this application is closed. Liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner as and when the vehicle is located. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
