This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the Second Appeal as against the Judgment and Decree dated 18.03.2025 in A.S.No. 25 of 2023 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Villupuram.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above Miscellaneous Petition and accordingly, the delay is condoned and this Petition is ordered.
