This application has been filed and granted leave to deliver the interrogatories as mentioned, to the 24th defendant to answer the questions. Considering the fact that in the suit, the plaintiff or defendant may deliver interrogatories in writing for the examination of the opposition parties as permitted under Order XI of CPC. This Court is of the view that the leave can be granted accordingly. The plaintiffs shall deliver the interrogatories to the 24th defendant.
