In continuation of the order dated 12.04.2024 wherein a direction was given that cost of Rs.5,000/- are to be paid, it is contended that payment had been made and costs had been paid.

2. In view of that particular fact, the delay of 1141 days in filing the written statement is condoned and the exparte order dated 27.04.2022 is set aside.

3. The written statement of the defendant is to be taken on record.
