Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent made in Notice No.Zone-III/Enc/Dn29/013/2024 dated 26.11.2024 and to quash the same.

J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenge in this Writ Petition is to the show cause notice dated 26.11.2024.

2. After the show cause notice, the Executive Engineer has issued a notice dated 14.12.2024 for removal of the encroachments on the ground that the shop has been constructed by occupying the public road. The said order is not under challenge before us.

3. If the petitioner has got any claim of title to the property, it is always open to him to move the appropriate civil Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
