The original petitioner is S.Angammal, who is no more. Therefore her legal heir one V.Govindaraj is representing the original writ petitioner in this appeal. Hence, it has become necessitated to accept the cause title as the legal heir is pursuing the appeal now. In view of the same, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
