This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.09.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6051 of 2021.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced the Final Report dated 09.03.2023, to that effect. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has conceded the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
