ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.3344 of 2024 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the Family Court at Salem.

2. The respondent-husband had filed H.M.O.P.No.3344 of 2024 on the file of the VII Additional Family Court Chennai for dissolution of the marriage.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.3344 of 2024 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Salem. The learned Judge, Family Court, Salem is directed not to insist on the physical presence of the respondent/husband for non effective hearings, except for counseling and for adducing evidence. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.04.2025 srn To
