Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.07.2023 in W.P.No.31533 of 2014 passed by this Court and punish the contemnors.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 13.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31533 of 2014, thereby modifying the punishment imposed on the petitioner's husband and also clarified that the petitioner is entitled for 50% of back wages, terminal benefits and other attendant benefits of her husband.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent passed order by the proceedings dated 12.08.2025, thereby granting 50% of back wages, terminal benefits and other attendant benefits to the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 12.08.2025, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
