This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2023 and 28.11.2023 in pursuant to the order dated 11.03.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5855 & 5861 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2023 and 28.11.2023, in the light of the order dated 11.03.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5855 & 5861 of 2019, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
