ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.25111 of 2024 on 09.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the case is registered in PRC.No.13 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Gudiyatham has been committed to the Principal Sessions Court, Vellore on 05.12.2024 and posted on 22.01.2025, for the appearance of the accused.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.25111 of 2024 on 09.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Trial Judge on 22.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
