This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.M.P.No.9279 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8451 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024 in Cr.No.6 of 2024 pending before the respondent police. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time to surrender before the court concerned, to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties and to comply with the conditions, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.8451 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024 is extended by one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Tamil nadu District Legal Services Authority, Chennai. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
