This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22960 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and final report filed, C.C.No. assigned and pending on the file of the Special Judge, for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Special Judge, for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore, on the 3rd working day of January, 2025 and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned Special Judge, for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore.
