ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering breast cancer. Hence, he prays to modify the condition.

2. Considering the above, the condition imposed in para 6(a) of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Crl.O.P No. 24627 of 2024 is modified to that effect the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- in crime No. 19 of 2024 before the Trial Court, and defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same by filing necessary amendment. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply the conditions.
