This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 243 days in representation of the CMA.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and accordingly, the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and post the matter in the usual course. The appellant is not entitled to get interest for the delay period.
