This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19342 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police Monthly once i.e., first working day of every month for two times and thereafter relaxed.
