order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 27.11.2024 in D.O.No.64/2024-C2 against the petitioner husband Vijayakumar @ Viji Male aged 43 years s/o.Karunagaran who is confined at Central Prison Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Honble Court and set him at Liberty.
