This application has been filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the present application to set aside the order of dismissal; and to set aside the order of dismissal dated 07.06.2024 and restore E.P.No.107 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents Garnishee. 3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. 4.This application is allowed as prayed for, with cost of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of the learned counsel for the respondent. The payment shall be made by tomorrow, positively.

5.Registry is directed to number the restoration application and list the same for hearing on 07.01.2025.
