This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.29 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appering for the respondents, on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.29 of 2019, RCS.No.29 of 2019 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Katpadi on 30.12.2019 itself.

5. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
