ORDER

Petitioner is a native of Bihar and no Government servant is ready to stand as surety to the petitioner, thereby he is unable to come out of bail. He would submit that in the alternative, the petitioner is ready to furnish blood related sureties.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently objects and would

submit that the petitioner is a native of Bihar and he was found in possession of 1.500 kgs of Ganja.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13303 of 2024 by an order dated 03.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of which, one should be a blood related surety. The blood related surety shall furnish proper documents to show proof of permanent residence in State of Bihar.
