ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 01.03.2024 passed by this Court in 1/4

WP.No.24086 of 2023, thereby the respondent was directed to issue appointment order to the petitioner to the post of Assistant Surgeon (General) in any of the Public Health Centres forthwith and to send a copy of the same to the third respondent in the aforesaid writ petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 18.03.2025 of the respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.24086 of 2023 dated 01.03.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 18.03.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 18.03.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
