2. Today Mr.S.Prabhu, learned counsel for writ petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate representing Mr.M.S.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate for R1 and R2 and Mr.M.Babu Muthumeeran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for R3 are before us. To be noted, learned Additional Public Prosecutor is instructed by Mr.M.Jayakumar, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Rasipuram Police Station, Namakkal District. Page Nos.1/8

3. All the aforementioned learned counsel submitted in one voice that the parking has been regulated and there is a quietus to the issue for the present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for R3 submits that the parking will be monitored by the local police authorities concerned.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed before us a report from R3 dated 23.01.2025 together with communication from Additional Public Prosecutor to R3 and scanned reproduction of the same are as follows:

5. In the light of the narrative thus far, Registry need not list the captioned writ petition any further.
