ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25616 of 2024 by order dated 19.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for

a period of 37 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25616 of 2024 on 19.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
