Heard Mr. S.Kingston Jerold, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.Balamurugan, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second and Third Respondents to furnish the information sought by the Petitioner in his applications dated 01.08.2022, 01.09.2022, 17.11.2022 made under Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act' for short) and the appeal dated 08.12.2022 filed under Section 19(2) of the Act filed by the Petitioner.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents submits that the information sought by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition has been furnished to him and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
