ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the 4th Respondent herein to remove the Entry No.2/2020 made in immovable property comprised in S.F.No.446/2B & 447/2B situated at Suriya Gardens, Ugayanur Village in favour of the 1st Respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned Government Advocates appearing for the Respondents that the letter dated 10.04.2024 has now been taken on file as Document No.41/2024. However, in the remarks column the contents of the letter has not been recorded. It is now represented that the same would be recorded within a period of two (2) weeks from today. Page No. 2 of 4
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is allowed by directing the 4th Respondent to remove the Entry No.2/2020 made in immovable property comprised in S.F.No.446/2B & 447/2B situated at Suriya Gardens, Ugayanur Village in favour of the 1st Respondent. Since the orders are being pronounced in the presence of the learned Government Advocates, the information shall be passed on to the concerned officials right away. No costs.
