This application has been filed to amend the plaint in respect of address of the defendants. This is a suit for partition. Already, the plaintiff has taken summons to the defendants but unable to serve. He could not find out the correct address of the defendant. Therefore, the notice could not be sent to the correct address of the defendants and now he filed this application, with correct address of the defendants.

2. The otherside has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and filed in support of the application, and earlier, the plaintiff has filed the suit against the defendant and with the previous address of the defendants unable to serve summons and now found the correct address of the defendants, and in order to serve summons to the defendants it is appropriate to allow this petition.

4. Therefore, this petition is allowed. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.

5. For filing Amended Plaint Copy, post the matter on 23.02.2026. 11-02-2026 nvi
