ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging violation of the order dated 16.12.2019 passed in W.P.No. 42811 of 2016.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have complied with the order dated 16.12.2019 in W.P.No. 42811 of 2016 by issuing proceedings No. Roc.No.33494/2015/X1, dated 06.01.2025 rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

3.In the light of the above, this Court is convinced that the respondents have complied with the order already. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
