It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the operative portion, a direction was issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation. Instead of first respondent, this Court may direct the Registry to modify the same as the second respondent.

3. Since it is a typographical error, Registry is directed to modify the para No.5 as follows:

'' 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.''

4. Except the above modification, remaining portion of the order dated 24.09.2025 shall stand unaltered.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner property comprised in th Street, Kilkattalai Villagge, S.No.297/8 situated at D.No.7B, Eswara Nagar, 8 Jameen Pallavaram, Chennai-117.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondent to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners representation within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in the manner known to law within the stipulated timed as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
