2.Yet again, he made a submission that Survey No.130/1, Ward F, Block 14, Thiruchengode Town and Taluk, Namakkal District, is the only location available for the establishment of Sewerage Treatment Plan (STP). On the basis of the report submitted by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, this Court had earlier concluded that the area is unfit for establishment of STP. Hence, the respondent shall search for other suitable alternate location and not insist on Survey No.130/1. 3.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed.
