ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the provisional selection list dated 11.09.2025 for the post of Laboratory Technician Gr.II.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The petitioners, aggrieved by the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.401, Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department, dated 16.12.2014, filed a Writ Petition before this Court in W.P.No.32876 of 2025 and obtained an interim stay by order dated 29.08.2025. Even before the filing of the Writ Petition, a notification dated 09.07.2025 had been issued calling for applications for recruitment to the post of Laboratory Technician Grade-II in the Tamil Nadu Food Safety Subordinate Service. Thereafter, the provisional selection list for the said post was published on 11.09.2025. When the petitioner earlier challenged G.O.Ms.No.401, Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department, dated 16.12.2014, before this Court, the notification dated 09.07.2025 was very much in existence. However, the petitioners did not challenge the notification dated 09.07.2025 along with G.O.Ms.No.401 dated 16.12.2014. Now, the selection process itself is over and the provisional selection list has also been published on 11.09.2025.
4. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the notification dated 09.07.2025 as well as in the provisional selection list for the post of Laboratory Technician Grade-II in the Tamil Nadu Food Safety Subordinate Service, issued on 11.09.2025.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
