ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry against the 2nd respondent with respect to the registration of sale deeds dated 01.07.2024, bearing Nos.8528 and 8529 of 2024 in the office of the 2nd respondent without the original settlement deed dated 28.01.2008 being produced before the 2nd respondent.

Though this writ petition is filed for the above relief, it is brought to the notice of this Court that after filing of the writ petition, the petitioners and the subsequent purchasers/respondents 10 to 12 herein have been served with notice dated 24.12.2024 calling them for an enquiry. The grievance of the petitioner is that a fraud has been played by the vendors of the subsequent purchasers and they have also sought to be enquired.

Therefore, the Writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the 1st respondent shall issue notice to respondents 3 to 9 as well since notice has already been issued to other parties and thereafter, proceed with the enquiry.
