The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 24.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25784 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
