2. In view of the same, I am inclined to allow the present Transfer petition. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. I.A.No.01/2024 in HMOP SR No.5991/2024 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, and transferred to the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and to be tried along with HMOP No.1824/2024 which is already pending before the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore.
