This application has been filed by the applicant to extend the time for executing the bond as directed by this Court vide order dated 07.06.2024 passed in the above suit.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is allowed, by extending the time till 10.01.2025.
