This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's statutory application dated 26.12.2022 pending on the file of the first respondent and thereby dispose of the same within a reasonable time as may fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's statutory application dated 26.12.2022 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
