The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.07.2025, for the offence punishable under Section 194 of BNSS @ into Section 103 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.272 of 2025, registered on the file of 1/4

the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner conspired with the other accused and instigated them to commit the murder of her husband. The other accused persons are alleged to have murdered the deceased by strangulating him and brutally assaulting him with stones and bricks. Hence, the case.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 20.07.2025. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail by reiterating the prosecution case. He submitted that there are totally 20 accused in this case, and the petitioner, who is ranked as A1, is the wife of the deceased. He further submitted that this Court has already dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24800 of 2025, by order dated 11.09.2025. 2/4

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the gravity of the offence, the specific overt act attributed to the petitioner in attacking the deceased, and noting that this Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.24800 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025, and that the present petition has been filed immediately within one week thereafter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
