O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The learned counsel for Corporation would submit that the premises has been locked and sealed on 18.09.2024 as per directions of Hon'ble Division Bench in its order dated 28.06.2023 since the undertaking given to the Government was not complied with.

2. The learned counsel for Corporation would submit that further action to remove unauthorized construction will be taken in due course.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the unauthorized construction is not removed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today, the petitioner will be at liberty to seek for reopening of the contempt petition.
