Though this writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to disburse forthwith all terminal, retirement, Gratuity and Family Pension benefits of late Palanisamy in favour of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025, a perusal of the petitioner's representation, dated 08.09.2025 reveals that it has been submitted seeking issuance of legal heirship certificate. It is also worth pointing out that the said representation has been addressed to the Tahsildar, Namakkal who has not been added as party respondent in this writ petition.
2. For the forgoing reasons, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is a widow who has not received the terminal benefits of her deceased husband, on sympathetic ground, the petitioner has granted liberty to address the representation to the authority concerned seeking payment of terminal benefits of her deceased husband. No costs.
