ORDER

Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.773 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons used filthy language, abused, assaulted and criminally intimidated the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3.Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court. He would submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that the petitioner along with other accused persons used filthy language, abused, assaulted and criminally intimidated the defacto complainant. Subsequently, the injured discharged from Hospital. He would further submit that there are four previous cases as against the petitioner for theft and assault and one previous case under NDPS Act.

5.Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

6.Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
