This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to remove the seal affixed on 03.10.2023 at TDS Clinic, Door No.282, Dhasarpatti Pirivu, Pottikampalayam Post, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District and hand over the premises to the 3rd respondent (landlord) forthwith.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the premise has been de-sealed on 12.01.2024.
