ORDER
The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2024 pending on the file of Sub-ordinate Judge, Poonamallee to the file of Principal Sub Court, Kancheepuram, where the petitioner's H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2024 is pending.
2. Despite the service of notice on the respondent, the respondent has not chosen to appear before this Court, either in person or through the counsel. I have proceeded to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also reasons assigned for transfer, this transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in H.M.O.P.No.180 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Sub-ordinate
Judge, Poonamallee and transferred to the Principal Sub-Court, Kancheepuram and the same shall be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2024 jointly to avoid conflicting judgements and multiplicity of proceedings.
